Lilys is truly wonderful! We drive 45 minutes to take our Daisy here vs other places literally on the same street as our home. They give such personalized attention to the dogs; everyone we’ve encountered there is lovely.
We pay a little extra to get daily report cards during our stays and you can tell from the updates that they’re truly interacting with your dog. They notice details about her behavior/personality they wouldn’t see without having actually spent time with her. Lilys Play-N-Stay is a gem! Such a caring, thoughtful staff, who truly make it their mission to insure that your pet is safe and having fun while you are away. I have enjoyed both their daycare and boarding services. Our dogs love it here! They get the attention we would give if we were all home. The staff are very intune w/them and know their personalities. Thats a BIG DEAL for us. They come home happy and exhausted.
The center is always clean and the staff are always happy to see our babies come in the door. You can tell pur puppies are happy and loved here.
The center stays open later than any other daycare I've seen or heard of--- A big plus for us since we commute.
The owner is wonderful and inclusive. We have felt welcomed here since day One.

We started taking our dog to Lilys for daycare and a couple extended stays.  I began to notice he smelled like urine.  When asked about it they said he was siting in a corner and peeing on himself.  That answer made no sense to me as he never does that at home and loves to play with other dogs. Then, it was brought to my attention by 2 employees that the owner said he was crazy and would put him in a kennel most of the day.  So , he was peeing on himself because he was locked up so much.  The employees said 90% of time he was in a kennel.  We have spent a lot of money at Lily's and we are very disappointed to hear this news.
