Create Your Account
Set up your Gingr profile in a couple of minutes. One account works for both campuses.

Upload Vaccine Records
Add rabies, distemper (DHPP), and bordetella. Bordetella needs to be current within six months.
3
Pick Your Service + Dates
Choose boarding, daycare, grooming, or training, set your dates, and check out. Done.

Quick Answers Before You Reserve
Do I need an account to book?
Yes. Booking runs through our Gingr portal, where you set up a free account, upload your pet's records, and reserve any service. It takes a couple of minutes. If you'd rather not set one up yet, use the contact form above and we'll help.
Can I tour before I book?
Absolutely. Use the contact form above or call (816) 388-3737 and we'll schedule a tour and walk you through getting started.
What vaccines do you need?
Rabies, distemper (DHPP), and bordetella (kennel cough). Bordetella must be current within six months. Upload your vet's records to your Gingr account or bring them at drop-off.
Can I book Friday boarding at North Scott?
Yes. Friday boarding is now bookable through Gingr. Friday stays run out of our North Scott campus, which is also home to Lily's Rescue Rehab.
What's the deposit and cancellation policy?
Peak seasons (holidays and Memorial Day through Labor Day) require a 50% deposit at booking. Off-peak reservations are flexible. See our policies page for full detail.
