Lily’s Play-N-Stay is equipped with various amenities to ensure the comfort and well-being of the dogs in their care. Upon arrival, dogs are assigned to a room that best fits their needs. Our rooms are designed to provide a cozy and secure space for each dog. The rooms vary in size and location within our facility so that we are able to accommodate different breeds, sizes and temperments of dogs.  We have both outdoor access and indoor space, always giving dogs the best opportunity to play, engage, and exercise.

The duration of dog boarding can vary based on your needs and the facility’s policies. Lily’s Play-N-Stay offers short-term boarding for a few days and can accommodate longer stays ranging from weeks to even months! WE do offer 10% off for 7 nights or more and anything longer than 2 weeks is an additional discount. Book now or gives us a call for a custom quote!

Lily’s Play-N-Stay offers socialization opportunities, which can include individual accommodations to ensure the safety and comfort of each pet. We do a temperament test on each pet when they are with us. If the pet passes, they can go into social group with other pets. If they do not pass, we set them up with one on one activities with our team. We do not board pets in the same room/space that do not live in the same household. Each pet has their own room unless they live together at home. It’s essential to share socialization preference but rest assured Lily’s Play-N-Stay will continue to offer a safe and inviting environment for all pets!

Vaccinations are crucial to maintaining the health and safety of all pets in a boarding facility. All reputable boarding facilities require dogs to be up-to-date on vaccinations, which include rabies, distemper, and Bordetella. At Lily’s Play-N-Stay, we require the Bordetella (kennel cough) vaccination every six months as exposure is higher when around other dogs. It is preferred that the owner(s) bring their pet’s own food for any services at Lily’s Play-N-Stay. This helps maintain consistency in their diet and provides a sense of familiarity during their stay. It’s important to label all items clearly with your dog’s name and feeding instructions. Additionally, inform the boarding staff about any specific dietary restrictions or preferences your dog may have to help reduce any separation anxiety.

If your pet has special needs or requires medication, let us know in advance. Provide clear instructions, proper dosage, and any necessary medications or supplies with clear labels. We have trained staff who can administer medications and cater to your pet’s specific needs for a small fee.

All of our pets go out to go potty every 2-4 hours during our operation hours. In addition, they will either have their private play sessions (two or three 15 minute sessions depending package choice) if the dog is non social, or if dog is social they get half or full day of play pending package choice.

Lily’s Play-N-Stay does not have a size or breed restriction. We also provide care for other species like snakes, insects, gerbils, and beyond. We board and care for all pets.

We prioritize the health and well-being of all of our guests. In the unfortunate event that a pet becomes sick or injured during their stay, our team will follow the protocol outlined in the boarding agreement. They will provide appropriate care, including contacting a veterinarian if necessary. It’s crucial to provide up-to-date contact information, including your phone number and the details of an emergency contact person who can make decisions on your behalf if needed.

Additional fees or charges can vary depending on the services you request. Examples may include grooming services, extra playtime, administering medications, daily report card or additional exercise sessions. It’s advisable to inquire about any potential extra fees upfront to avoid surprises. We also recommend booking online or giving us a call to receive a custom estimate before submitting your booking request.

* Please note:Our check out time is at 1 pm on your departure day. Pickup beyond 1 pm will incur a $5 fee per pet per hour until the pet is picked up.

To secure a spot for your dog at Lily’s Play-N-Stay, it’s advisable to book in advance, especially during peak seasons or holidays. We fill up quickly, so it’s recommended to make reservations as soon as your travel plans are confirmed. Booking in advance ensures availability and allows time for our facility to make necessary preparations for your dog’s stay.

We only group or separate dogs based on factors such as size, temperament, and compatibility. Our facilities offer open play areas where dogs can socialize and interact under supervision. We also accommodate more solitary experiences for those dogs that require special attention. Our approach may depend on the dog’s behavior assessment and the owner’s preferences. It’s important to discuss any specific concerns or requirements regarding your dog’s interaction with our team when making a reservation.

Beginning October 2023 we will be requiring a 50% deposit of a pets stay during peak seasons which are holidays and through out the summer (beginning Memorial Day – Labor Day.)

Our entire staff is experienced in handling dogs with various temperaments and behaviors. This may involve separating dogs with aggressive tendencies, providing additional training or behavioral enrichment, or offering specific accommodations to cater to their needs. Yes. We offer an array of additional services to enhance the overall boarding experience. Enhancements include grooming services such as baths, haircuts, or nail trims to keep your dog clean and comfortable during their stay. Coming soon are individual training sessions or obedience classes, allowing dogs to learn or reinforce basic commands. It’s beneficial to inquire about these services, their availability, and any associated costs when making a reservation
