Dog Behavior Requirements

Vaccine Requirements

To ensure the well-being of all our guests, we require the following vaccinations to be up to date and verified by documentation from your veterinarian:We don’t have any time frame restrictions on when vax were given.  Just need to be up-to-date.  We require Rabies, Distemper and Bordatella (the bord we require every 6 months)

Rabies

Allowed in the facility 24 hours after administration of the first dose.

Distemper/Parvo Virus

Allowed in the facility 3 weeks after administration of the last dose.

Bordetella

We require a Bordetella vaccine to be administered every 6 months.

Meal Information:

At Lily's Play-N-Stay, we serve pets their provided food according to their detailed feeding instructions. Please provide food necessary for your dog’s length of stay with clear instructions on the serving size and schedule. If necessary, please prepare each meal in the appropriate serving size, place them in separate Ziploc bags, and label them with your last name. If your dog requires specific feedings for medical purposes during the day, please contact us.

Hours of Operation

Monday-Friday: 7 am – 7 pm

Saturday: 8 am – 3 pm

Sunday: 12 pm – 5 pm

*Closed all major holidays for pick up/drop off

Reservations Policies:

  • A credit card must be left on file at the time of booking to confirm your reservation.
  • During peak seasons, deposits are required to secure your reservation.
  • A 50% deposit of your entire reservation amount will be collected at the time you make your dog boarding reservation. The balance will be collected at pick-up.
  • If you cancel up to 48 hours prior to your boarding reservation, you will receive a full refund of your deposit.
  • If you are a no-show or cancel within 48 hours prior to your boarding reservation, you forfeit your deposit.

*Deposits cannot be used as credit toward other services.

Holiday Reservations:

  • A 3-night minimum stay is required during holidays.
  • A credit card must be left on file at the time of booking to confirm your reservation.
  • Holiday reservations require a 50% deposit for your entire reservation amount. The balance will be collected at pick-up.
  • 48 hour notice for reservation cancellations for holidays is required to receive a full refund.
  • Cancellations within the 48 hour period prior to the holiday reservation and “no-shows” forfeit their 50% deposit.
  • Major holidays and peak times will have a $4 additional fee per night per pet.

Accepted Payment Methods

Check-In/Check-Out Policies:

  • Check-In: Any time on the day of drop-off for maximum playtime.
  • Check-Out: By 1 pm on the day of pick up. If picking up pet past 1 pm, there will be a $5/hour/pet charge until pet is picked up.
  • All Pets Must Meet The Following Requirements:
    • *At least four months old
    • Current on Rabies, Distemper, and Bordetella vaccines
    • Flea/tick-free and in good overall health
    • No open wounds  (we do take medical boarding cases)
    • People-friendly.

Belongings

From Home Policy

We accept a few plastic or rubber personal items from home. We provide Kuranda dog beds for the pets in our care.
