Lily’s Play-N-Stay Raffle/Competition Policy and Agreement
1. Introduction This Raffle/Competition Policy and Agreement (“Agreement”) outlines the terms and conditions governing all giveaways, raffles, and promotions (“Promotions”) conducted by Lily’s Play-N-Stay (“Company”). By participating in any of the Company’s Promotions, participants agree to abide by the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.
2. Eligibility
- No purchase is necessary to enter or win.
- The Promotions are open to all individuals regardless of age or location, unless specified otherwise.
- Employees of the Company, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and suppliers (collectively the “Employees”), and immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of Employees are not eligible to participate in the Promotions.
3. Entry Methods
- Multiple entry methods will be available for each Promotion, and these methods will be clearly outlined in the promotional material associated with each specific Promotion.
- Entries must be submitted through the specified channels before the deadline indicated in the promotional material.
4. Winner Selection
- Winners will be selected at random using a third-party application or software.
- The Company reserves the right to verify the eligibility of winners.
- Winners will be notified via phone or the platform used for the Promotion within 7 days of the selection date.
5. Prize Claiming
- Winners are not required to provide a social security number or any financial commitment to claim their prize.
- The Company will never ask for personal financial information, including credit card details, bank information, or deposits.
- Prizes must be claimed within 30 days of the notification date. Unclaimed prizes will be forfeited.
6. Liability and Fraud Protection
- The Company is not liable for any fraudulent activities or spam related to its Promotions. Participants are advised to report any suspicious activity to the Company immediately.
- The Company will take reasonable steps to ensure the security and integrity of its Promotions, but it does not assume any responsibility for technical failures or unauthorized human intervention.
7. Privacy
- Participant information collected during Promotions will be used in accordance with the Company’s Privacy Policy.
- Personal data will not be shared with third parties without the participant’s consent, except as necessary for the administration of the Promotions.
8. General Conditions
- The Company reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotions if any fraud, technical failures, or other factors beyond the Company’s reasonable control impair the integrity or proper functioning of the Promotions.
- The Company reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or violates this Agreement.
- The Company’s decisions are final and binding in all matters related to the Promotions.
9. Amendment and Termination
- The Company reserves the right to update or amend this Agreement at any time. Any changes will be posted on the Company’s website.
- Participation in the Promotions after the posting of amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement.
10. Governing Law
- This Agreement and any disputes arising under it will be governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
