Dogs are carefully separated or grouped based on size, temperament, and play style to ensure their safety and well-being. This allows them to interact with dogs of similar energy levels and play preferences, reducing the risk of any conflicts or accidents.

We do offer individual walks!  Walks are offered in 15-minute increments with a fee associated if the walks are outside of the package you select. 

Yes, our staff members are trained in dog behavior and handling techniques. They have experience working with various breeds and are knowledgeable about dog body language, appropriate play, and recognizing signs of stress or discomfort.

Absolutely! We encourage pet owners to make an appointment to tour our facility before enrolling their dogs. It gives you an opportunity to see our premises, meet our staff, and assess if our luxury doggy daycare services meet your expectations.

 Yes, vaccinations are required for all dogs attending our daycare. It helps ensure the health and safety of all the dogs in our facility. We request proof of vaccinations, including rabies, distemper, and bordetella (kennel cough), before your dog’s first visit. See our policies page for greater detail.

Our staff members are trained to recognize and manage conflicts or aggressive behavior between dogs. They intervene promptly and appropriately to prevent escalation and ensure the safety of all dogs. We prioritize positive reinforcement and redirecting behavior to promote a harmonious play environment.

We follow the feeding and bathroom break schedule provided by pet owners. We strive to give your pup a bathroom break every 2-4 hours during operational hours and then additional breaks during their one on one time or group time, pending which package the pet is set up on.

Along with our luxury doggy daycare services, we also offer additional services such as grooming, bathing, and training. These services can be tailored to meet your dog’s specific needs and can be requested separately or in combination with daycare.

Yes. We offer trial periods for new dogs to assess their compatibility and enjoyment of our daycare services. In addition, we perform a temperament test when you arrive on the first day.  We will evaluate the pet in social settings to gauge their response.  We will give a review of the pets stay on their first day at pick up. Pet owners can always call and check in on pets or request a report card. Please note: we do not do temperament testing for new daycare pets on Fridays.

Yes. We can provide regular updates on your dog’s behavior and activities during their stay for a small fee. This can include written reports, photos, or even video footage, depending on your preference. We understand the importance of staying connected and keeping you informed about your dog’s well-being. Let us know at booking if you would like a pet report card upon booking your pets accommodations.

Yes. We offer personalized playtime and socialization activities for dogs. If your dog has specific preferences or needs, we can accommodate those requests. Our staff will work with you to create a tailored experience that meets your dog’s individual requirements.

Beginning October 2023 we will be requiring a 50% deposit of a pets stay during peak seasons which are holidays and through out the summer (beginning Memorial Day – Labor Day.)

Our staff members follow positive reinforcement training methods and prioritize the well-being and safety of all dogs. We promote good behavior, reward positive interactions, and redirect undesirable behavior to create a positive and enjoyable experience for all dogs in our care.
